CAN I DO PLYOGA IF I HAVE NEVER TAKEN YOGA?

ABSOLUTELY!!  PLYOGA incorporates elements of Yoga that consists of basic and traditional postures that you are likely familiar with.  They can be learned quickly and applied by everyone.  In fact, they should always be applied by everyone, every week.  If it's a flexibility progression, it started with Yoga!

HOW ABOUT CHILDREN.  CAN THEY DO PLYOGA?

Some of the best PLYOGA people are little nursery school kids.  They rely completely on core strength and mobility as young people with less cognitive and strength elements.  Kids are terrific for this.  We love to train every child of every age.  PLYOGA will give every child a home, whereas one will shine in balance in flexibility components, and another will shine in agility and plyo segments!

IS PLYOMETRIC TRAINING TOO MUCH FOR ME?  I'M... (older)... (have had old injuries)... (etc).

Plyometric training is NOT JUMPING.  It is eccentric loading followed by concentric exploding.  It is also defined as moving from a contraction to a rapid extension.  It can be a jump, or many other things such as a movement where you stay on the ground completely.  It also should not create discomfort in your body.  If something yields high impact results for you, lower the intensity and do it right with us!  Plyometric training has been found very beneficial for the active aging community and for anyone looking to build bone density.

WHAT IS DIFFERENT BETWEEN THE LIVE CERTIFICATION & THE LIVE ONLINE CERTIFICATION

The main difference is you get to use your own clean bathroom and eat your magnificent food from your refrigerator.  The experience otherwise is the same.  We cap the Online Training at 10 participants, making everyone's video and audio participation optimal.  It is a video conference and works out perfectly.  Most people who review the online training say it was one of the best flowing and personal certifications they ever took.  You will move and groove with us, have your questions answered, participate in practical application, and also have a lots of discussions.
