It is highly challenging to eat really well and take care of ourselves, even with the best intentions.
We have made it easy on ourselves for 6 years. As a family who is always rushing around, we always have something healthy to eat in transit, as a snack, or even as a meal replacement from time to time. Additionally, we share this healthy, "FOOD-BASED," and all natural assortment with our children.
