I am a PLYOGA instructor and PLYOGA has challenged me both physically and mentally. It is an extraordinary workout that pushes you to your limits but at the same time modifiable for all fitness levels. This certification was absolutely amazing. Not going to lie, I was a little skeptical about the online format after having attended the live trainings. I just wasn't sold on how easy it was going to be and how effective. This system is crazy good. And in fact, I think if it was my first time getting certified, I might even prefer it because of how comfortable you get to feel in your own space. I have been doing so much more yoga since I first met you guys and it has made such a difference in my confidence with PLYOGA. You guys have this down to a science now and it shows. Super excited to really get back on the PLYOGA wagon again! I love the changes I see and how the sagittal, frontal, and transverse planes are broken down and formatted in the sequence now. As always, you guys ROCK!
